Requirements

Each student (undergraduate or graduate) entering the University for the first time is required to provide the required medical history and immunization documentation. In addition, all students both returning and first time arrivals; are required to complete the insurance verification waiver annually. Access

The Student Health Services is available as an acute care outpatient facility for all Oxford. All services are billed to the student’s health insurance by the Student Health Services. In-clinic pharmacy services are billed to the students bursar account. A claim for reimbursement can be made by the student directly to the insurance company. During the academic year when classes are in session the Student Health Services is open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; and Saturday 9:00 a.m.- 4 p.m.  Summer hours are 9:00 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday‑Friday. In the event of an emergency, the student should call 911 or report to the nearest emergency department at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, 110 North Poplar Street, Oxford, (513) 529-2111. Student Health Services is closed when the university is closed. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. When SHS is closed, students can access care through these additional TriHealth options:, , TriHealth Now 24/7 Care (telehealth). TriHealth Now may prescribe medication if appropriate, cannot order lab tests, and charges a $49 flat fee at registration.
