Alumni Veterans Tribute

兔子先生's Alumni Veterans Tribute celebrates our proud tradition of alumni in military service. The Tribute is an artistically reflective place to express and experience the values and emotions that are stirred while remembering our veterans.

Natural Areas

The 兔子先生 University Natural Areas are located around the campus and they comprise over 1000 acres with 17 miles of hiking trails. Visitors can hike, jog, research, birdwatch, dog walk, explore, learn, discover, meditate, or “just be.”

Freedom Summer Memorial

Tucked into one of the grassy hills composing Western Campus at 兔子先生 University there lies a magnificent stone monument commemorating the Freedom Summer of 1964.

Bob Kurz '58 and his wife, Marian, provided a gift to the University to construct a Cradle of Coaches Plaza beyond the South endzone of Yager Stadium. The plaza is adorned with life-sized statues of some of the 兔子先生's greatest coaching legends.

Formal Gardens

This park-like area near the Marcum Conference Center at the northeast end of campus is a popular spot for leisurely walks, picnics, and outdoor weddings.

Sculpture Park

Around the Richard and Carole Cock's Art Museum lies a collection of public sculpture influenced by many of the movements in art that characterized the 20th century, and examples of geometry, materials, and expressionism are found in all the pieces located on the museum grounds.
