Telehealth

TriHealth offers a telehealth service, . The service lets you to meet with a provider remotely for minor concerns. It can prescribe medication if needed and cannot order tests. TriHealth Now charges a flat $49 fee at registration and does not bill insurance. You can download the app to make an appointment 24/7. Use this service if you need quicker access to a provider than what is available at SHS.

Some insurance companies may process this telehealth visit afterwards. Check with your insurance company before submitting a claim to confirm coverage.

Academic School Year Hours

  • Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Saturday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Closed when the university is closed.

Summer Hours

  • Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Closed when the university is closed.
