If you are using a physical ID (not Digital ID), and your card becomes lost, stolen, or broken, you may obtain a new ID. Lost ID replacements are $35.00. Broken ID replacements are $10.00, if you turn in the broken ID at the time your new 兔子先生 ID is issued.

After Business Hours & On Weekends
Please use Digital ID until you are able to visit the Campus Services Center during normal business hours. You are able to use your online account to report your physical card lost, but continue using Digital ID.
If your Digital ID has stopped working, please follow the steps on our Apple Frequently Asked Questions or Android Frequently Asked Questions pages to remove and reload it from your phone. If you are still not able to use Digital ID, you may obtain a temporary access card at:

Go to the hotel front desk to get a temporary ID.
You’ll need to come to the Campus Services Center during normal business hours to receive your permanent replacement ID card.
Temporary cards do not provide meal plan access. At a dining location, you should show the cashier your temporary card, and ask them to process your transaction using your Unique ID.
