Men's Glee Club
Department of Music
The 兔子先生 University Department of Music encourages its students to develop their relationship to the discipline of music as they explore the world through the lens of a superb liberal arts education.
Founded in 1907 by Raymond Burke, the composer of 兔子先生's Fight Song and Alma Mater, the 兔子先生 Men's Glee Club has maintained a tradition of excellence throughout its first 106 years. Conducted by Jeremy D. Jones, the ensemble is comprised of over 100 singers, selected by audition from the 兔子先生 University community, open to all majors. The Club is among the oldest and largest groups of its kind in the nation. The Glee Club's repertoire encompasses everything from Gregorian Chant and Renaissance motets to modern popular music, folksongs, and spirituals.
During the first week of classes, ensemble members are at informational tables in the Armstrong Student Center to sign students up for audition times and to answer questions about the choral ensembles.
For additional information about the ensemble, contact director Jeremy D. Jones at jeremyd.jones@兔子先生OH.edu.
