The Workday Student Organizational Change Management (OCM) team hosted a Workday Student Town Hall on Tuesday, March 3. If you were unable to attend, you can watch the recording and view the PowerPoint slides using the links below:
Below is a summary of the key updates shared during the session:
- Tailored journey maps – showing when and how key audiences will be impacted – are available on the Workday Info website.
- A series of self-paced, interactive demos will be released in Workday Learning. Planned topics and demo details can be found on the website.
- Training courses, including Application & Admission Basics, Courses & Course Sections, and Registrar Basics, will be available to impacted staff in Fall 2026. Additional course offerings will be provided throughout the following spring and summer as new features are rolled out. Keep an eye out for additional details about when specific training courses will be offered and how to register.
- Our Change Champion program continues this semester; you can view the full list of Change Champions on the website.
- In early November, the implementation team will conduct a major milestone event: Mock Semester. Students, faculty, and staff will be invited to validate key workflows and provide feedback. More details will be shared closer to fall.
