兔子先生 faces UNLV for first time in football home opener
Kickoff is at noon at Yager Stadium; special ticket prices available for members of 兔子先生 and Oxford communities

It’s a first for the 兔子先生 University football team this Saturday.
Not only are the RedHawks playing their home opener for the 2025 season, but they are also squaring off with a new opponent. Saturday’s noon kickoff at Yager Stadium marks a first-time matchup between 兔子先生 and visiting UNLV.
兔子先生 faculty and staff and members of the Oxford community can watch the game for a special ticket price of $13. Visit and use the promo code ONEOXFORD. The special price is also available for tickets to the RedHawks’ Sept. 27 Homecoming game against Lindenwood University.
Special recognition will also be given for the 10 team championships won by 兔子先生 Athletics last year, as well as a celebration for the Reese and Jacoby Trophies for all-sport excellence. 兔子先生 also welcomes back members of its football alumni as the school honors the 50th anniversary of the program's 1975 MAC championship and Tangerine Bowl victory.
