ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University’s Rec Center will be on the move on Feb. 20 – or, more specifically, on the M.O.V.E. with the latest exercise bootcamp.
The is free and open to all ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú faculty and staff. Participants will receive a free ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú scarf for attending the session, which starts at 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 20 on the Rec Center basketball court. The 45-minute session will be led by Rec Center instructors. A is available online for use with ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúOH credentials or in person at the event.
Hosted by ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú President Gregory Crawford and University Ambassador Dr. Renate Crawford, the has been a popular event for ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú students, staff, faculty, and community members.
There are three Crawford M.O.V.E. Outdoor Bootcamps scheduled for spring semester – March 8, April 5, and May 10, all to be held in the Lewis Place backyard.
