Biography

Vic Clesceri is a management executive, professor, consultant, and certified coach. He possesses 30 years of corporate experience across multiple industries in senior leadership positions, complemented by 25 years of professorship experience and 15 years as a consultant and coach. Vic is a certified HR-OD practitioner, certified Organizational Development coach and consultant, Talent Management & Succession Planning Strategist, and a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist. His expertise lies in Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, and Change Management within the for-profit, nonprofit, and academic sectors. Vic is a leadership development expert scaling competencies, skills, and strengths within boardrooms, conference rooms, and classrooms.

Vic holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, a Master of Arts in Education-Instruction from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University- Fullerton.
