Information for Non-Degree Students

Welcome to 兔子先生 University! We're thrilled to have you join us as a non-degree student.

You are considered an unclassified student if you are not attending college elsewhere and are not seeking a degree at 兔子先生 University's regional locations. You are also considered an unclassified student if you are enrolled in a Microcredential or the Manufacturing Foundation Certificate.

Registering for Classes

As a non-degree student, you have the flexibility to register for classes on your own.

However, if you need assistance, especially with courses that have prerequisite requirements, please don't hesitate to call or email us. We can often waive most prerequisite requirements, allowing you to take classes "at your own risk."

Registration Steps:

  1. Login to using your login information received via email recently. 
  2. Search "register" in the search bar and click the button titled "Register for Courses", then select "Registration". Reference Registration How To videos for support.
  3. Select the term you applied for in the admission process (i.e. Fall (Aug-Dec), Winter (Jan), Spring (Jan-May), Summer (May-Aug))
  4. Register for your preferred courses. You are admitted at 兔子先生 University Regionals, so you will be able to register for courses associated with Middletown, Hamilton, West Chester, or VOA whether they are offered in-person or online. 
  5. Need assistance? Schedule an advising appointment, or please contact RegAdvising@兔子先生OH.edu or call 513-727-3440. For assistance with Microcredentials reach out to Microcredential@兔子先生OH.edu.

Important Information for Non-Degree Students

Orientation: You are not required to complete our orientation process.

Credit Transfer: If you're taking classes to transfer back to another school, we recommend you consult with an academic advisor at your home institution. This will ensure that the credits you earn at 兔子先生 will qualify for your intended degree program.

Financial Aid: Please note that non-degree students do not qualify for financial aid through 兔子先生 University. As financial aid is only available for degree-seeking students enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor degree program.

How do I register for courses at the 兔子先生 University Regionals?

The course I would like to register for has a pre-requisite, a co-requisite, or an error, what do I do?

Contact the Office of Academic Advising at RegAdvising@兔子先生OH.edu. Please provide the course name and number, the course registration number (CRN), and a description of the error (providing a screenshot is helpful!). 

How do I pay my bill?

兔子先生 does not mail paper bills. Each student will receive an e兔子先生 in their 兔子先生 email account. Visit our 兔子先生ing and Payment page for more information. The phone number for One Stop billing is 513-217-4111, option 2.  

How do I get my books?

Books are available through our . Click on the “Shop by Schedule” button.

Where do I find my online course content?

Through Canvas, 兔子先生’s learning management system. All online and hybrid courses are offered through Canvas. As well, many face-to-face courses also utilize Canvas for assignments. Canvas can be accessed by logging into . Resources and technical support for taking online classes are available online.

How do I find important dates and deadlines?

Pay special attention to the term’s start and end dates, as well as the drop and withdrawal dates, by viewing the academic calendar.

How do I drop a course?

Dropping or withdrawing from a course is a formal administrative procedure; merely ceasing to attend class is not the same as dropping a course.

Should you need to drop a class, you may do so on BannerWeb for the first two days of the summer term. After that you must email the instructor directly, using your 兔子先生 email, to request a drop

Do I have a 兔子先生 Email account?

Yes! Your 兔子先生 email (uniqueID@miamioh.edu) is our official form of communication. Check it frequently and use it to communicate with 兔子先生 faculty and staff.

How do I find out how my credits will transfer?

Connect with your home institution to discuss how courses will transfer. 

Some schools use  and students can see how a course will transfer. You can create a free account.

I need to send my transcripts to my home College or University.

After the term ends, you may order your transcript to be sent to your home institution.
