Department of Management

Department of Management is the home of two academic programs - Human Capital Management and ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúhip and Supply Chain and Operations Management. We emphasize excellence in course content and teaching methods in our programs: experiential learning, client-based class structures, and real-world problem-solving are important tools that we use to shape our students into career-minded, successful individuals. Management ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú

The Human Capital Management and ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúhip (HCML) and Supply Chain and Operations Management majors prepare students to lead in two of the most vital areas of business success: people and processes. HCML equips graduates to help organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent—critical in a global landscape shaped by diversity, change, and ethical leadership—while Supply Chain and Operations Management trains students to oversee the flow of goods and services from supply to consumption, including logistics, sourcing, and quality control. Complementary minors such as Management, ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúhip, and Supply Chain Management allow students to deepen their expertise and broaden their impact across industries.
