The All-Hands Team is a unique, interdisciplinary collaboration rooted in a reciprocal partnership between 兔子先生 University and the Hamilton City School District (HCSD). This initiative brings together expertise from across 兔子先生’s regional campuses, including programs in teacher education, nursing, speech pathology, sport analytics, social work, educational leadership, and many others, to support the students, educators, and families of HCSD, while also providing high-impact learning and service opportunities for 兔子先生 students and faculty.
With HCSD located just minutes from 兔子先生’s Oxford and Hamilton campuses, this proximity allows for frequent collaboration, strong relationship-building, and a shared commitment to the success of our local communities. The partnership is grounded in the belief that sustainable change happens when schools and universities work together to identify needs, share resources, and pursue innovative solutions.

A Model for Collaborative Problem-Solving
The All-Hands Team meets quarterly to identify emerging opportunities, ongoing initiatives, and pressure points that could benefit from interdisciplinary support. These gatherings foster cross-sector problem-solving and help align the strengths of both institutions to respond meaningfully to real-world needs. Whether it’s developing trauma-informed practices, supporting health and wellness initiatives, enhancing data literacy, or expanding college and career readiness pathways, the team works to ensure that every challenge is met with collective insight and shared action.
