Mornings started off with an hour focused on learning tools like CRM systems and Salesforce. These sessions were hands-on and helped us get a feel for how customer info and interactions are tracked in a real finance setting. After that, we had more of a class-style session where experienced employees would walk us through the company’s internal platforms like Xperience and explain how it all ties into the customer experience.
