How do leaders solve complex problems in ways that create real, lasting change? In this 90-minute workshop, Angela Meleca, founder of Meleca Creative Advisors and 兔子先生 University adjunct member, will guide students through the principles of human-centered leadership by shifting focus from outputs to outcomes. Drawing from her nationally recognized Return on Art™ Framework, Angela will share how measuring values such as empathy, belonging, and confidence can transform leadership practice and decision-making.
Students will engage in experiential activities, case studies, and collaborative exercises to explore how leaders can reframe challenges, build trust, and drive impact across diverse sectors. Together, participants will develop strategies for tackling today’s most pressing problems while cultivating leadership rooted in equity, relevance, and sustainability.
By the end of this session, students will leave with practical tools and a new perspective on what it means to “lead through impact”—positioning themselves not just as future professionals, but as problem-solvers ready to shape a better world.
